Scarfs are great even when it's not Easter, so why stop a good thing! Add a pink pastel scarf to that black dress to create a softer look! Check out this scarf by the GAP. It is adorable and can be worn before and after Easter.
Pastel pants
The pastel-colored pant is spring trend that I’m loving. I have two pairs, one in mint green and the other in light pink. They look perfect with a crisp white shirt and brown boots. Hopefully with warmer temps this Easter you can wear them with high heels. My favorite pastel pants come from Old Navy. Check out these pastel khakis from Old Navy.
Pastel dress
Want to make a bolder statement? Choose a pastel dress and rock it with neutral accessories. To make this look work – make sure not to wear any other pastel color – you don’t want pastel overload! Check out this adorable pastel pink dress from Modcloth.
Pastel nail polish
Nail polish seems to be all the rage in 2013. I always wonder who has the time to turn their nails into a masterpiece… not me! So this Easter I suggest using a pastel blue or green to add a punch of fun. Super easy and you can find pastels colored nail polish at any drug store. My favorite nail polish to use is essie. It dries quickly for the girl on the go! Check out these pastel colors.
Pastel make-up
This tip is the easiest of them all! A little lipstick goes a long way. I wear lipstick every day and feel as if it gives me a polished and clean look. Apply a pastel pink to your lip and cheek to polish off your Easter look. My favorite lipstick is color Revlon’s Colorstay. It stays put for most of the day and doesn’t come off on your coffee mug! Check out these pretty colors.
Happy Easter!
