With the sartorial support of local boutiques and clothiers, friends of Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education (RISE), did their best blue steels and sassy turns as part of the 2010 RISE Fashion Show in a decked-out Pawtucket Armory. With sangria flowing backstage, the party was in force as citizen models including RISE co-founders Dr. Kevin Vigilante and Dr. Timothy Flanigan got decked, primped, and blown out for their turns on the catwalk.
