Fast forward to 2020, Upserve sold for $440 million.

This is Davis’ second major exit from a successful startup. Davis had already successfully built and exited one business when his Tellme Networks sold to Microsoft for a reported $800 million. 

Davis is a proven tech visionary and job creator. He has weighed in on important issues in Rhode Island -- education, economic policy, and political corruption.
