Boston.com Uses Kids to Mock Their Own Redesign

Using cute kids in a video is bound to bring attention. Using cute kids to read actual complaints in a video about your website is bound to become a viral hit. At least that's what Boston.com is hoping as it has released a video showing children reading reader's complaints about its recent web redesign.

Reading lines such as "I can’t find anything I’m looking for,” or “My wife and I hate your website,” and “Are you fixing this," the kids bring the point home that Boston.com is hearing the complaints and trying to do something about it.
