About Bailey

In her position, she instituted policies and standards throughout the City's workforce.
Prior to the City of Providence, Bailey was employed by Brown University for 12 years, where she served in a number of roles, most notably as Director of Employee Relations.
Bailey is active in her community previously serving on the United Way Personnel Committee, Neighborhood Health Personnel Committee and Board of Directors for Day One.
In February, Bailey resigned from the City of Providence and was slated to get a six-figure severance package, however the Providence City Council voted it down.
