According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest sale in Providence County year to date and the second-highest sale in Providence history. RPL has now participated in six of the top 10 single-family home sales in Providence County year to date, more than any other firm. DeRentis has participated in eight of the top 15 single-family home sales in Providence so far this year.

The house has doubled in value in less than a decade. In July 2016, then-Upserve CEO Angus Davis sold the home for a reported $2.8 million, GoLocalProv.com reported at the time.
