About the House

Built-in 1889 by the firm of Stone, Carpenter, & Willson, the Joseph E. Fletcher House is a historic home sitting on over half an acre of landscaped grounds in College Hill.

This elegant Queen Ann enjoys over 9,000 square feet of well-appointed living space, two au pair suites with their own separate rear entrance and stairway, and a generous carriage house.

The main foyer welcomes all to the home with a double staircase and detailed craftsmanship like the original English oak-paneled walls, and a gold-leaf coffered ceiling.

This artisan work is present throughout the entire estate including all six bedrooms and the arched ballroom featuring a balcony overlooking the muraled walls, custom built-in wet bar, and dining alcove.
