On Thursday, October 3rd, Rhode Island's Betaspring will introduce its 11 latest companies participating in the Fall 2013 accelerator season at Betaspring's Fall 2013 Open House.

At the event, companies will make brief elevator pitches to more than 350 guests and hobnob over food and drinks.

"Our Fall 2013 companies have come from across the world to Providence to do in 12 weeks what might take other 12 months," said Melissa Withers at Betaspring. Thursday's event is sold out, so get a sneak peek, below, at the 11 fascinating start-ups that will be working in Providence this season.
