Paolino Properties Announces Reservations Can be Made for Prov's Case-Mead Lofts

Case-Mead Lofts
Former Providence Mayor Joseph Paolino Jr., managing partner of Paolino Properties, announced that reservations can now be made for the now being constructed microloft, studio, and one-bedroom apartments at the Case-Mead Lofts on 76 Dorrance Street -- the corner of Dorrance and Weybosset streets in Providence.

“The banner that currently encases Case-Mead highlights the conversion of this historic building from offices to residential living and brings a ‘New York City vibe’ to the corner of Dorrance and Weybosset Streets. In the center of downtown with its shops, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and public transportation, and in close proximity to colleges and the East Side, the location can’t be beat.  And all of the 44 units are efficiently designed, extremely functional and sophisticated,” said Paolino.

The lofts feature high-end finishes and appliances like custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. Each unit offers a full kitchen, built-in wardrobe, a washer/dryer unity, walk-in shower and windows with views of the city.

Units range from $900 to $1,850 monthly. Expected date of occupancy is December 2017.

The Case-Mead building was built in 1859 as a four-story structure. The fifth story was added on in 1906 during extensive renovations.

Paolino Properties used the building for their offices, before moving to 100 Westminster Street in 2014.
