One of Rhode Island's top social marketing experts has taken on a new role. Pat Paolino Cruz will join Mediapeel as head of the company's new female-focused consumer marketing division to be branded - "Social Women."

Mediapeel is one of New England’s largest full-service marketing, advertising and public relations agency and is headquartered in Lincoln, RI.

Cruz is nationally known for her command of social media. Currently her KLOUT score – a widely trusted metric used to determine one’s overall online sphere of influence by using over 35 variables on Facebook and Twitter to measure true reach, amplification probability, and network score – is 71. She ranks among KLOUT’s top five Rhode Islanders, sharing that distinction with the likes of “Family Guy” creator Seth McFarlene and Anthony Gemma.
