PC Names Aguilar Dean of School of Continuing Education

The continuing education programs at PC offer a wide range of programs designed for “busy adults and provides students with the flexibility to earn a degree, strengthen their resume with a professional certificate, or simply advance their career with skills learned from new classes.”
Aguilar will oversee all aspects of SCE’s programs and staff.

Previously, she was the director of Bristol’s Center for Business and Industry. Earlier, she was program director of the Center for Innovation in Learning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenen-Flagler Business School.
She also spent six years as global instructional technology manager for OneMBA, a collaboration among five of the top graduate schools of business in the United States, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
She earned a B.S. in Engineering in Computer Systems from the Instituto Tecnólogico de Morelia in Mexico. She also earned a MS. In Management Information Systems from the Instituto Tecnólogico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, also in Mexico. She is Green Belt Six Sigma certified.
