Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International announced that Gregory Arakelian has joined the firm as a Sales Associate specializing in premium residential and commercial sales and acquisitions. Arakelian’s expertise in the luxury real estate market is unmatched. Most recently, he sold 333 Poppasquash Road in Bristol for $7,250,000, marking the highest sale in Bristol County in the past 18 months and the second highest sale on record in the county, according to data from the Multiple Listing Service. Representing the seller and facilitating for the buyer, Arakelian successfully brokered the transaction of this historically significant waterfront estate.
