He will also join Neon’s Board of Directors.

“The Board and I are confident that Adi is the right person to lead Neon at this exciting time in our growth to build valuable momentum as we scale up the business,” said Jim Procaccianti, President & Chief Executive Officer, Procaccianti Companies. “He is a driven leader with significant experience working in retail, technology and operating efficiently at scale. Before joining Neon, Dhandhania served as COO for North America at Bally’s Interactive (NYSE: BALY), a leading global gaming and hospitality company where he led the company’s transition and expansion into interactive gaming. During his tenure there, Dhandhania held several senior leadership positions and was involved in numerous M&A transactions totaling $3.5BN+. Prior to Bally’s, Dhandhania held various strategy and operations leadership roles at Brightstar Corporation, a global wireless device services company backed by Softbank.

From 2010 to 2016, Dhandhania worked at GTECH (now IGT, NYSE: IGT) where he started as an engineer and later held several senior management roles in business operations and retail. RPL Welcomes Sales Associate Linda Sweet to its South County Office

Residential Properties Ltd. announced that Sales Associate Linda Sweet has joined RPL’s South County office. A Multimillion-Dollar Producer and 5 Star Agent with a decade of local experience, Linda is a native of South County and understands what makes the area so special. She raised her two children there, who, like their mother, are graduates of South Kingstown High School. Linda brings to RPL expertise in short sales and foreclosure, with certification for both, and has handled many complex transactions.

Your North Star in South County Realty

As dedicated as she is compassionate, Linda’s aim is to help clients reach their goals while being an advocate on their side. She maintains connections with local attorneys who often refer her for estate sales and has proven herself to be a caring advisor in delicate and difficult circumstances. A desire to guide others may have been ingrained from an early age, as Linda’s father’s family ran the lighthouse in Point Judith.

With such an iconic piece of coastal Rhode Island in her history, it’s no wonder a love for The Ocean State resides deep within her. “Rhode Island might be a small state, but it is full of treasures,” Sweet said. “From the beautiful beaches to our hidden gems in the form of bakeries, restaurants, and ice cream shops, each town has its own sense of community.” When RPL opened its new South County office this year, Linda took note. Eventually the time was right for her to join the amazing roster of agents in that office, recently attending its official opening celebration.

Sweet smell of success

An accomplished public speaker who has addressed large groups in her charitable endeavors, Linda believes in creating stronger communities through action. She was a member of both the Lions Club and the Chamber of Commerce. She also served on the Women's Auxiliary for volunteer firefighters and was a coach and Division Director for South County Youth Soccer. For the RI chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Linda has attended numerous meetings to remain up to date on the quest for the cure, currently working on approval for a new drug by Medicare/Medicaid for early onset patients. For five years, she has served on the Alzheimer’s Walk committee and has raised significant funds, all of which stay in RI to help our community. To recharge her batteries, Linda enjoys time with her husband Greg and their combined six grown children.

Linda has hit the ground running at RPL, having years ago established her brand of real estate service. She is a masterful communicator, experienced in marketing properties using the latest in social media, direct mail, and print advertising. As the spring market commences, she looks forward to not just business as usual, but business new and improved. “My goal is to continue to help clients buy the home they are looking for or find the right buyer for their listing,” Sweet added. “Helping educate first-time homebuyers or assisting folks with changing needs has always been my aim, but I feel so empowered now that I’m backed by RPL. I can’t wait to get that multimillion-dollar listing!”

Andrew Hogan joins Engel & Völkers as a Real Estate Advisor

Engel & Völkers of East Greenwich announced today that Andrew Hogan has joined its brokerage as a real estate advisor on the DiSpirito Team, bringing a specialty in investment properties and assisting first-time homebuyers to this new role.

He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). His proven property management experience has given him a keen eye for finding ideal properties that generate cash flow. Andrew also offers property management services to his investment clients who don’t want to handle the day-to-day maintenance that often comes with managing a rental property.

“It’s all about finding the right property, in the right area, with tenants who are going to protect your investment,” says Hogan. “My job is to properly screen and vet these tenants, as well as work in tandem with them to ensure that the property is being well-maintained and is generating income.”

He has several out-of-state clients and he specializes in helping first-time investors. Andrew advocates on behalf of his clients to ensure they are making a safe investment, while also setting realistic expectations.

“I have clients who were initially nervous about making the jump into residential property ownership, but after buying with me and having me manage their property, my clients have created very sustainable, cash-flowing businesses for themselves,” says Hogan.

He received his real estate license in 2020 after becoming property manager at Cousins Property Management. He joins Engel & Völkers from NextHome Ocean State Realty Group.

Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, Andrew served as an executive sous chef at a private golf club in Placid, Florida, where he gained invaluable experience catering to luxury clients and delivering a high level of service. The real estate industry felt like a natural fit when Andrew moved back to Rhode Island because of his ability to provide an exceptional customer experience, even in high-pressure situations.

Hogan is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He is licensed in RI and MA.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew to the DiSpirito Team at Engel & Völkers,” says Emilio DiSpirito, co-owner of Engel & Völkers. “He brings an impressive track record in the real estate industry and we are confident that he will be a valuable asset to our brokerage. Andrew is a true professional and we have no doubt that he will make an immediate and positive impact on our team and our clients. We look forward to witnessing his continued success and contributions to our growing brokerage.”
