Residential Properties’ Lapides Joins Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Business Advisory Council
According to RPL, Lapides is one of 11 new members to its external advisory councils: the New England Advisory Council, the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council, and the New England Community Development Advisory Council, which consist of business and nonprofit leaders lending Bank insights into local economies and communities.
During her career, Lapides has provided oversight on the board of GAIA (Global Alliance to Immunize Against AIDS) and The Rhode Island Foundation's Equity Action Campaign Committee, which raised $1 million for the LGBTQI+ community.

“I could not be more honored to join the Business Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston,” Lapides said. “I am excited for the opportunity to share all that I’ve learned as the owner of an independent brokerage for more than 40 years in Southern New England, and to contribute to discussions that help shape economic policy in our region."
