RI Condo Market on the Rebound
The Rhode Island condo market showed strong signs of rebounding in the first quarter of 2010. Condo sales in the state increased by 13 percent, with 25 percent of all sales sold through short sale or foreclosure compared to 32 percent a year ago. There was a slight growth in the median price of condos in state, rising from $175,000 to $177,000.
