The 903 Residences Condos in Providence Nears Sellout

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that The 903 Residences at Providence Place is nearing full owner occupancy. Approximately 25 units for still available of a total of 330 units at the property. 

The condominium association is estimated to be completely owner-occupied by the end of August 2022.

The firm is the only residential brokerage in the state to facilitate a large-scale condominium sell-out. According to the data available from Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the brokerage sold over $25M in total sales volume and over 90 units in 2021.
