One of the Providence metro area's premier waterfront restaurants is now being marketed for sale.

Al's Waterfront Restaurant in East Providence has hit the market and the property includes a 72-slip marina.

Before it was rebranded Al's, it was the Oyster House Restaurant.

The property features outdoor waterfront dining and indoor dining and bar areas on the first floor.

On the second floor is a banquet space and the third floor is used as an office. The three-story structure is over 17,000 square feet.

The building was first built in 1845 and was substantially renovated in 2014, according to marketing materials for the sale.
