Uber is going to premiere NYC helicopter rides in July.

According to 'The New York Times, Uber Copter will debut on July 9.

The eight-minute trips will cost you $200 to $225 Routes will run between Manhattan and JFK airport.

Endgaget reports that the helicopters can carry up to five passengers at once.

The helicopters, which are from charter company, Heliflite, will be operated by two pilots.

Uber says the service is meant to give them insight as they continue to develop Uber Air.

Last year in May, Uber said that it hopes to have air taxis ready to go from Uber Elevate by sometime in 2020.
