“We’re thrilled to welcome BermudAir to the PVD family and offer our passengers more nonstop travel options than ever before,” said Iftikhar Ahmad, president and CEO of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. “This new service offers both convenience and comfort, connecting Rhode Island to a world-class island destination with ease.”
BermudAir’s flights will operate twice weekly - on Thursdays and Sundays - throughout the year. Passengers flying from PVD will enjoy a quick, approximately two-hour journey to Bermuda’s pink sand beaches, clear blue waters, and vibrant island culture.
The flight details are as follows:
Route: Providence (PVD) ↔ Bermuda (BDA)
Start Date: May 22, 2025
Frequency: Twice weekly (Thursdays and Sundays)
Flight Time: Approximately 2 hours
Booking: Now available at www.bermudair.com
As an added benefit, return travelers will be screened under the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) preclearance program, meaning they will complete all U.S. Customs and Immigration inspections in Bermuda before their return flight—allowing for a faster and smoother arrival back in Rhode Island.
