Virgin Pulse Acquires Coventry-Based Preventure

Virgin Pulse has acquired Coventry-based corporate wellness provider Preventure.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Preventure 

Since being founded in 1991, Preventure has delivered customized corporate programs to over 200 clients and 10 million members across the country. 

Preventure’s IFCN program helps organizations bring anytime, anywhere fitness to employees by offering reduced fees and trial memberships at over 13,500 fitness clubs around the world. 

Virgin Pulse is planning to eventually integrate the program into their platform.
