Washington Trust Bank Provides $1.6 M Loan to Fox Point Marina

Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $1,625,000 commercial mortgage to for the refinancing of a mixed use property, which includes two restaurant units and a 56 boat slip marina, located on South Water Street in Providence.

With spring around the corner this is good news for outdoor after work enjoyment and dining.
