Chez Pascal's Matt Gennuso Appearing on Today Show

Turn to NBC 10 Thursday morning, or set your DVR's, for an appearance from local Chef Matthew Gennuso on the Today Show.  Chef Gennuso and his wife Kristin are the owners of Chez Pascal, 960 Hope St in Providence. Chez Pascal also operates two mobile restaurants: a hot dog cart, usually stationed in Lippitt Park, and a food truck, which will be the subject of the Today Show segment.  Chef Gennuso will be demonstrating his Bacon Wrapped Pork Meatloaf Sandwich. The Today Show has scheduled Chef Gennuso's segment to air between 9:30 and 10am on Thursday.
