David Burke Steak Dinner At Foxwood's "Extraordinary Eats" Month

Clambakes, steaks, and more
Things kick off Friday night with a Connecticut clambake featuring locally-sourced seafood cooked the way we all love it -- clambake style. Tickets are $99 per person and dinner is served at 7:30. Saturday night, Burke's prime, dry-aged steaks steal the show for October Prime & Wine, a multi-course dinner featuring wine pairings from Moet and other distinctive vineyards. Tickets for this dinner are $115 each and seating is at 7:30. Wind down with the Chef's signature brunch on Sunday, featuring prime rib, a seafood bar, and a free David Burke 5-inch Santoku knife for each guest. Brunch runs from 10 am - 2 pm and is $39 per person. Reservations can be made for all the weekend's events by calling 860-312-8753.
This weekend I will be looking forward to, and attending, the Saturday night steak dinner. The seafood starters including an oyster and shrimp Rockefeller and a crackling calamari Caesar salad have piqued my interest. Having dined and adored meals at David Burke Prime before, my mouth is watering for the 40 day dry-aged sirloin steak. The huge aging room that is on site is sure to provide only the best cuts and cures that are available.
