It was held from March 5-7, 2019.

Burrata

Narragansett Creamery's Burrata is made by hand.

Mozzarella is stretched so that it forms a pocket where it is then hand-filled with Stracciatella, a mixture of “torn” mozzarella cream and salt.

Narragansett Creamery

Narragansett Creamery was launched in 2007 by Federico, his wife Pattie, and son Mark.

It is a family owned creamery based in Providence which uses milk from New England farms to make cheeses and yogurts.
