NEW: Blackie's Bulldog Tavern Announces Opening Date for New RI Location
The new location will open on Tuesday, August 20, the restaurant announced on Facebook on Tuesday.
The new restaurant is in the building that formerly housed Crickets and Stillwater Tavern.

In a Facebook post, Blackie's writes:
We would like to extend our love to everyone who has helped make Blackie’s 2.0 a reality. Thank you for being patient and riding the highs and lows with us as we begin our transition into a bigger and better Blackie’s.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
