Providence “Speakeasy” to Close

A self-described “speakeasy” in Providence is closing.

Justine’s - located in Olneyville Square - made the announcement on Tuesday. 

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Providence for the years of good times. Justine’s will be closing permanently after our final service on September 6th,” said the business.

In addition to its cocktails, Justine’s featured such bar snacks as Frito pie, mac-and-cheese spring rolls, and blueberry bread pudding. 

They continued: 

“Please watch us through our journey on social media to see what’s next. Our sister bar The Knight Library will be temporarily closed for some much-needed upgrades.”
