Over 80 Restaurants in Providence Restaurant Week

Over eighty restaurants across Rhode Island -- and just outside its borders -- will be participating in the 10th anniversary of Providence Restaurant Week starting on Sunday.  

This year, diners have the opportunity to partake in deals from July 12-25 that include three-course prix fixe lunches for $14.95,  three-course prix fixe dinners from $29.95 - $34.95, and some restaurants offering a 2 for 1 dinner specials.

“The culinary scene in Providence is gaining incredible national recognition, with the restaurants in our backyard being some of the best in the country,” said Martha Sheridan, President and CEO of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau, who is an event co sponsor. “Providence Restaurant Weeks offers diners the ability to sample fare and experience dining in one of the country’s top food destinations.”

Providence Restaurant Week began in 2006 with one week and about 40 participating restaurants. Since then, Restaurant Weeks became biannual, doubling in length and number of restaurants.
