We love Chow Fun and their assortment of spots in Providence. Owning five restaurants in the capital city allows them unparalleled coverage of the Providence dining scene. If Mom is looking to channel her inner chef, we suggest taking her to Persimmon, in Bristol. Chef Champe Speidel has been on the forefront of the local dining scene for many years now and we feel he is among a handful of chefs that we would trust our Mothers to. We have never had a bad meal at Persimmon so you can be comfortable that you will have a good experience also. On Mother's Day, Champe is offering his normal spring menu plus a few special treats depending on what's local and fresh. Rasoi has become our favorite spot for Indian food in Providence. It's bright and fun and the food is always good. We're addicted to their naan bread!
