Ten Prime Steak & Sushi Kicks Off 5th Annual Lobsterpalooza August 15

Ten Prime Steak & Sushi will hold their 5th annual Lobsterpalooza starting on Monday, August 15 and running through Sunday, August 28. During the celebration, guests have the option to order a 3 course prix fixe menu or choose items off the menu.

Two and three pound lobsters are also available either steamed, grilled, stuffed or lazy man style.

Lobster Week Lunch

Lobster Week’s lunch starts with a choice of appetizers, including Lobster & Corn Chowder with sweet local corn, fresh Maine lobster and herbs; and Lobster Rangoons with apricot Thai dipping sauce.

Lunch entrees include a Lobster BLT featuring  Maine lobster salad that is made with Dijon tarragon mayo, smoked applewood bacon, heirloom tomato and bib lettuce; Spicy Lobster Maki rolled with cucumber, avocado & tempura flakes, topped with tuna and pineapple yuzu miso sauce; and a Lobster Cobb Salad, piled with fresh Maine lobster meat, avocado, ripe tomato, bacon, feta, chopped egg and Green Goddess dressing.  

Prix Fixe

Ten’s three-course prix fixe dinner begins with a choice of Lobster & Corn Chowder with sweet local corn, fresh Maine lobster and herbs; Lobster Rangoons with apricot Thai dipping sauce; and a Spicy Lobster Maki rolled with cucumber, avocado & tempura flakes, topped with tuna and pineapple yuzu miso sauce.

Entrees include a choice of Lobster & Asparagus Salad with fresh Maine lobster, shaved asparagus, mache greens, pickled heirloom radishes and miso mustard vinaigrette; Lobster Risotto with fresh Maine lobster, oyster mushrooms, peas, mascarpone cheese & lobster fume; and a classic Surf & Turf with filet, pommes purée, haricots verts, heirloom tomato & corn succotash and finished with crispy tempura fried lobster.

Dessert features a choice of Banana Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream & caramel or Gianduja Chocolate Cake with espresso ice cream.  The cost of the three-course dinner is $45.00; tax and gratuity are additional.
