Founder of StrategicPoint No Longer with Company

Loretta Mock, the spokeswoman, said David Brochu is no longer the president of StrategicPoint. She declined to say when or why he left the company.
She added that investors had been notified of the departure.

Focus Financial is a New York City-based roll-up firm that has 18 partner firms, 600 employees, and total of $31 billion in assets under its management, according to a company press release.
Mock said attorneys were still involved in Brochu’s departure. She declined to elaborate.
Brochu sued Focus Financial in the Court of Chancery in Delaware last fall, seeking access to the books and other records, according to RIABiz.com, which follows the registered investment advisors industry.
Mock said StrategicPoint will now be led by Rick Anzelone, Betsey Purinton, Derek Amey, Aaron Simmons, who have a combined 40 years of experience with StrategicPoint.
