Top Five ‘Winner’ and ‘Loser’ School Districts

A new education funding formula up for a vote at the state Legislature this week would shift money among school districts—giving more to some and taking away from others.

Below is a list of the top five school districts that will receive the most and the least in education funding aid from the state. Cuts in funding will be phased in over ten years while increases will kick in over five years.
