Starsha would greatly benefit from basic training, to learn better manners and how to be polite when she becomes really excited. Adults only would be best until the girl can find her groove. Lover Boy is 5 years old, and adores meeting new people. He is goofy, playful, and ridiculously smart; we think a home that can provide him with training and structure would be ideal!
