Academy for Career Exploration Receives 2 Awards for Work in Technology Education
Providence’s Academy for Career Exploration (ACE) has received two awards from local organizations for its work in preparing students for the global economy by providing academic excellence in technology education.

Providence Business News awarded ACE a Business Excellence Award for Excellence in Education & Learning.

ACE will also receive one of fifteen Tech10 awards from the Tech Collective.

“Our school prepares all of our students to achieve their post-secondary goals, while building solid skills that will ensure their success in the workforce. Through identifying our students’ strengths and needs, we help guide them as they forge a path to a productive future. Thanks to partnerships with community partners and the business community, our students are able to solve real-world problems and gain valuable experience in the workplace,” said Head of School Dr. Mario Cirillo.

The Providence Business News reception will take place at the Omni Providence on November 8.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Bryant University president Ronald Machtley.

Academy for Career Exploration

ACE provides a full college prep curriculum with a focus on technology, design and IT fundamentals. Its mission is to inspire students to achieve their greatest potential by providing a supportive, customized learning experience that is the foundation for lifelong learning.

The school offers three technology career pathways: Programming and Web Development, Cisco Networking and Cyber Security, and Data Science.
