The Wolf School to Hold "Discover the Difference" Fundraiser

The Wolf School, a small Independent School for students with complex learning differences, is holding its thirteenth annual Discover the Difference fundraiser on Thursday, April 30 from 6:30-9:30 pm at the Squantum Club in East Providence. Proceeds from the event help to fund the school’s unique programs and financial aid for its students.

Founded in 1999, The Wolf School has worked to provide students with learning differences with a learning environment that supports their needs, encouraging and enabling them to achieve their fullest potential, academically and socially. Event chairs, Renee Evangelista of Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg Burnett, LLP, and Stefania Mardo of The Discovery Group, Inc., are looking forward to a great turnout at the Discover the Difference fundraiser.

In the past, the event has drawn crowds of over 200 supporters. Guests this year can look forward to an incredible silent and auction with Tony Petrarca, Chief Meteorologist, WPRI-TV, as the guest auctioneer. The auctions offer something for everyone, ranging from creative food and sports baskets, a weekend getaway to a condo in Stowe, VT and tickets to PPAC with VIP access in the silent auction to a week’s stay in a Nantucket home and a 2-hour charted excursion for 65 guests on the Schooner Aurora in Newport in the live auction.

Tickets for the Discover the Difference fundraiser are $100 per person, food and passed wine included. Any donations in addition to the ticket costs are tax-deductible, and you will be sent a receipt for your records.
