Don't Miss: Real Housewives of New York's Jill Zarin Coming to Providence June 6

On Sunday June 6, Jill Zarin of Bravo's Real Housewives of New York, joins her sister, New York radio host Lisa Wexler, and their mother Gloria Kamen, in Providence to share secrets and sign copies of their new book, Secrets of a Jewish Mother: Real Advice. Real Stories. Real Love.

Committee co-chair Robin Kall Homonoff, of WHJJ's Reading with Robin, pulled a few radio connections to reach out to Wexler, and is thrilled this high-profile trio will be in town for a worthy cause.

"Secrets of a Jewish Mother is a book for everyone," Homonoff said.  "You don't have to be Jewish or a mother... its themes of family, friendship, and learning are universal."

Lezli Pious, co-chair with Homonoff, is a self-declared fan of Jewish mothers and secrets.  "This is going to be one of those Rhode Island events you do not want to miss," she added.

"The Women's Alliance... is all about the empowerment and importance of women's philanthropy," said Bradley Laye, Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island. "This event showcases the role of empowered and ambitious women and how those traits are passed from generation to generation. Jill Zarin, Lisa Wexler, and Gloria Kamen represent the significant contributions Jewish women make to their communities."
