East Greenwich Sweet Shop Welcomes Vera Bradley Kin

Much loved confectioner Sweet Twist in East Greenwich hosts a holiday open house tonight featuring special guest Joan Bradley Reedy, daughter of famed quilted handbag designer Vera Bradley. From 6-8pm, the community is welcome to stop by the sweet shop, meet Ms. Bradley Reedy (also the sister of co-founder Barbara Bradley Baekgaard) and enjoy a trunk show by Rhode Island-designed international jewelry line, Alex and Ani.

Collecting for a Cause

Fashionistas looking to refresh their handbag collection who donate a gently used handbag will receive a 20% discount on their holiday purchase at Sweet Twist. The collected bags will be donated to Warde-robe at the McAuley Ministries, a thrift store in Central Falls offering quality, gently used clothing and household goods to those in need.
