Kids love Halloween (and so do their parents), but it can be a bit tricky navigating all the events out there. We're lucky here in Rhode Island some truly wonderful, family-friendly events that are not about being scary and only eating candy but are all about the costumes, pumpkins, parades, friends, and fun activities.
