G. Love to Perform at Holiday Celebration at Belcourt of Newport on Saturday
Gold album music legend G. Love is performing this weekend in Rhode Island — in the unique, intimate setting of Belcourt of Newport.
On Saturday, award-winning Food Network Chef Kevin Des Chenes and special guest Chad Hollister join G. Love at Alex and Ani Founder Carolyn Rafaelian’s recently renovated property — where Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence recently held her wedding.

It is a place where ancient energies come to life,” said Rafaelian. “The grand ballroom was constructed to enhance the impact and experience of art and music, creating a celestial feeling as specific acoustics surround and infuse guests.”
“Music becomes alive, artists touch audiences in an almost otherworldly. ancient way. G. Love is an artist of a higher mind. This special night will be music alchemy – Belcourt and G.Love,” said Rafaelian.
“To delight and awaken the palate chef Kevin has created hors-d’œuvres in perfect compliment to this evening’s sensory magic. Guests will receive a tour of Belcourt rich in history and the secrets of symbolism,” she added.
A portion of ticket sales will benefit The Light Foundation.

7 pm: VIP Kick-Off Party with Signature Keel Cocktails, Sakonnet Vineyard Wines, Craft Beer & Rum from Newport Craft, local restaurant tastings and an exclusive Live Culinary Demo and tasting with Food Network Chef Kev D.
8:30 pm: Special Guest: Chad Hollister
9:15 pm: G.Love performs an intimate Belcourt Session with tracks that span 25+ years of music.
A cash bar will also be available and there is complimentary valet parking.
