NEW: Men's Catalog Shooting Fashion in Downtown Providence

Flip through the upcoming Casual Male XL fall catalog, and you may be surprised to see some familiar places. Photographers from the big and tall men’s clothing store were shooting on Weybosset Street in Providence this afternoon. 

Along the windy banks of the Providence River, personnel on the shoot said they enjoy shooting in Providence because the city features a variety of good locations. They were shooting ads for both casual and business attire, from button-down shirts to leather jackets.  

Casual Male XL, the largest retailer of such specialty men’s clothing, has ties to New England, as its corporate headquarters is located in Canton, MA. Founded in 1976, it has nearly 500 stores across the US, Canada, and the UK, with over 3000 employees. There is one store located in West Warwick, with two more right outside state lines in Wrentham and North Attleboro, MA.
