Mr. William Park was one of Pawtucket's key businessmen in the late 1800's and was treasurer of the Standard Seamless Wire Co. located on Mill Street. He later became instrumental in the founding of the First National Bank in the city.
The Preservation Society of Pawtucket (PSP) was incorporated in 1978 as a non-profit, membership-driven community organization devoted to identifying, and promoting and encouraging the preservation of the historical and architectural resources of the city of Pawtucket through education, advocacy, and technical assistance. Donations for the event are $25 per person or $45 for two. Reserve a spot by calling 725-9581. Tickets will be available at the door.
