Deer Tick, one of the greatest bands to ever emerge out of Rhode Island, made a special appearance Friday night at the Ocean Mist in Matunuck.

GoLocal's award-winning photographer Richard McCaffrey was there to capture Deer Tick's performance.

For Deer Tick, this was a warm-up before their appearance at the Newport Folk Festival on July 28 at Fort Adams.
