Providence Flea announces new vendors for upcoming marketThe Providence Flea announced that a series of new vendors will be appearing at the upcoming market on Sunday, September 2 on the Providence River Greenway.
Vendors and products include, Sailor's Valentines made with local seashells, vintage concert tees and leather jackets, handcrafted wood pallet signs, hand-poured candles in upcycled beverage bottles and Rhode Island inspired scents, handmade olive wood teethers and accessories for baby, original pen and ink, illustration and digital art, vintage vinyl, sports pennants and postcards, handmade soaps and apothecary items, upcycled decorative bottle art, pre-loved and vintage jeans, clothing and accessories, estate and original made jewelry with silver charms, gems and minerals, and sea glass.
Products also include whimsical handmade dreamcatchers, handsewn ponchos made from upcycled materials, vintage-inspired handsewn dolls, upcycled flatware jewelry and wind chimes, vintage and upcycled furniture and housewares, African handwoven baskets, the Schasta mobile jewelry camper, plus lots more hand-picked, handcrafted, locally-made goods, art, design and community.
Food options include Presto Strange O'Coffee truck, Crepe Corner banana and Nutella dessert crepes, Poppy's Waffle Wagon made-to-order waffles, fresh squeezed lemonade and kettlecorn, Gastros USDA certified mobile house-made charcuterie, Jeff's Wood Fired Pizza made fresh in the oven truck, plus vegan soft serve ice cream and treats from Like No Udder, and The Big Freezy frozen slushie treats.
Live Music
Sunday's Flea will also include live music from Noah Goodman.
He will perform a collection of covers by folk and blues artists like Neil Young and Jerry Garcia, a sampling of original songs and improvised accompaniments, switching in time between lead and rhythm guitar.
Goodman will perform from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
