Giudice was just as fashionable as she is on RHONJ, dressed in a tangerine jumpsuit which she described as "MC Hammer" pants and sky-high heels. Post event she stopped by Mohegan Sun’s Diva Fridays party on the patio of Todd English's Tuscany restaurant where she was spotted sipping on a peach Fabellini. A fan staying in the hotel who was planning on attending the signing Tweeted at Teresa, explaining that she had food poisoning and was so bummed out that she wouldn't be able to meet her. In response, Teresa personalized a copy of her cookbook and had it sent to the fan's room. Talk about room service! Giudice finished off the night with dinner at Ballo Italian Restaurant & Social Club.
Meanwhile, in Newport, the queen of comedy, Joan Rivers was cutting up the crowd over the weekend. Before heading to the Newport Yachting Center for the Newport Comedy Summer Series on Saturday night, Ms. Rivers was on the beach in the Hamptons. "My body is so white, Calvin Klein tried to snort me," she Tweeted. When Rivers got to Newport, she expressed concern that the tent was too hot. For her? Nope... she was concerned for the fans. "I'm getting a check," she said backstage. "I'm worried about my audience." The audience loved her right back, giving Rivers a standing ovation at the beginning and end of her show. Newport continues to simmer with celebrities this summer, as tennis royalty take up residence on Bellevue Avenue at the International Tennis Hall of Fame for the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships.
