Then, NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory Scientist Kim Arcand joins Molly O’Brien in the Navigant Credit Union Broadcast Center discussing all things space. Arcand will talk about black holes and why they get a bad rap, World Asteroid Day and the upcoming solar eclipse.

We’ll continue our conversation with leading women in science by talking to Bonnie Epstein, Ph.D, with the Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art (RIMOSA).

After seven years doing pop-up presentations and exhibits, RIMOSA finally has it’s own permanent home. Epstein will discuss the traits that scientists and artists share.

Stick around to see what a thaumotrope is and how to make one.
