To accommodate patrons who feel most comfortable in a fully masked environment, select matinees will require guests to wear masks. Masks must completely and tightly cover the nose and mouth.

Remember, subscribers may exchange tickets for free to another performance within the run of that show. Our team is happy to waive associated exchange fees for single-ticket holders. However, an upgrade to a more expensive seat or performance will still apply.

Print-at-home/digital tickets sent via email for the old performance will no longer be valid and should be deleted. You will receive new tickets via email.

Physical tickets received in the mail or at-will call should be returned to the ticket office or destroyed. New tickets will be sent in the mail, held at will call, or sent via email.
