Mafia Play "Many Sides to the Reaper" to Debut in Rhode Island in October: Albanese on LIVE

Actor and playwright Nick Albanese appeared on GoLocal LIVE to talk about his new play opening in Cranston on October 11, which will run for three weekends before moving to a run in Westerly.

"Many Sides to the Reaper" is based on the true story of a Mafia hit-man, set in 1980s Brooklyn, New York.

"Sal is a family man, businessman and a Made man with the Columbo family and that's just half the story. Come experience the many sides to this complicated character as you get a glimpse into, what is sometimes hard to believe, his real life," says Albanese of the play, which he wrote and produced as party of Last Sicilian Productions.

Albanese spoke to the writing and production process of the mafia play, which is directed and stage managed by Rhiannon Annin, and co-produced by Mario Carneiro.

In addition to the his new play, Albanese told GoLocal News Editor Kate Nagle that he will be performing his play "The Last Sicilian" in Rhode Island in December.
