RI Training School, UHIP, DCYF: House Oversight Chair Serpa on LIVE

House Oversight Chair Patricia Serpa joined GoLocal LIVE at the State House to talk about the hearing on the Rhode Island Training School -- and need for a new Training Schoo Superintendent -- as well as other concerns. 

Regarding DCYF, Serpa spoke to the current effort to engage more Rhode Island families in foster care, and regarding UHIP, that while unprocessed applications are down from peak levels in 2017, "even 10 is too many," said Serpa.
