Sasse Says RI’s Biggest Weakness is Leadership

In the shadow of the failure of Rhode Island to retain the PawSox, the ‘Money Man’ Gary Sasse said on GoLocal LIVE's Business Monday that the some of the blame goes squarely on Governor Gina Raimondo and legislative leaders Dominick Ruggerio, the Senate President, and Nick Mattiello, Speaker of the House. 

Sasse said it is critical for top state leaders to work together on critical public issues -- regardless of their party or their personal opinions of one another.

He also asked where was the business community's leadership on the PawSox issue. The Providence Chamber of Commerce was for the most part silent on the issue. WATCH THE FULL INTERVIEW
