Steel Yard's Dalpe & Turner Preview the Halloween Iron Pour on LIVE

Chris Dalpe and Sally Turner of the Steel Yard in Providence joined GoLocal LIVE’s Chelsea Guay to talk about the organization's signature fall event - The Halloween Iron Pour. 

Titled "The Lost Yard," the 13th annual Halloween Iron Pour promises a theatrical display of fire and art as well as live music and entertainment for all ages. When asked to describe the event, Dalpe explained that it includes a custom-built iron tilt-furnace pouring over 2,500 pounds of luminous, molten iron. 

"People return annually not only for the sparky performance and the numerous steel and iron props that we build in our own studio, but also for the phenomenal local music and food" mentioned Turner. 

Much of the discussion on GoLocal LIVE  - WATCH ABOVE -  was about the Halloween Pour, as well as the overall mission of the Steel Yard and their upcoming expansion.
