Affordable Housing Rally Taking Place Online Tuesday Morning

Community leaders and elected officials are taking part in an affordable housing rally online Tuesday morning at 11 AM.

The event, called "RENT IS DUE: SAY YES TO INVEST! Live Event for Affordable Homes" will feature Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo, the United Way, and more.

"Rhode Island had a housing crisis before the coronavirus pandemic and now it is getting much worse. Tens of thousands are seeking help and a significant number of out-of-staters are looking at Rhode Island to relocate," wrote GoLocal.
